AFC Cleveland today announced that Carter Poe will return as Head Coach for the team in the 2016 season. This will be Carter’s second year at the helm of the team, having served player/assistant coach in 2014. AFC Cleveland of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is proud to announce that Carter Poe has been named their new head coach. “We are excited to have Carter as our head coach,” AFC Cleveland CEO/President Terry Lawriw commented. “We would like to thank both Andy Hoggarth and Aaron McGuiness for leading our team over the first three years. They built a strong foundation for the club on and off the field and we are confident that Carter can carry on
