Portland Spartans FC has set its sights on a new plan of growth and progression in the United States soccer scene by partnering with FC Mulhouse France. Gary Allen, President of Portland Spartans FC, has partnered with several other American soccer enthusiasts to invest in the FC Mulhouse France organization. CDA benefitted greatly from Rawnsley’s four goals as they defeated Portland Spartans FC 5-1 in the league’s Game of the Week on Sunday. The 27-year-old striker has a plethora of experience in the U.S. and abroad. He played collegiate soccer with the University of Southern Indiana before playing indoors with the Evansville Crush. In
