President Bill Clinton and other board members of the USA Bid Committee to bring the FIFA World Cup to the U.S. in 2018 or 2022 met Thursday in Johannesburg with Nelson Mandela, former president of South Africa, host of this year’s 2010 FIFA World Cup.
