Cleveland United SC and Canton United SC are proud to announce that 11 of their players signed National Letters of Intent on Wednesday, February 4, 2015.

“We are so proud of all of these amazing young men and women,” Cleveland United SC Club Director Marko Raduka stated. “This is a very talented group of student athletes that share one common trait: commitment. Their commitment to excellence is what has awarded them this next opportunity and we are excited to see their future accomplishments both on and off of the field.”

The players are listed below along with their respective high schools and college commitments:

Justin Delaney, Vermilion HS, Barton College
Joe Mack Leonardo, St. Igantius HS, San Francisco State University
Sydney Duggan, Magnificat HS, Oakland University
Danielle Giles, North Royalton HS, Malone University
Emily Joyce, Avon HS, Walsh University
Kaleigh Piscioneri, Magnificat HS, University of Cincinnati
Rada Zunich, Avon Lake HS, College of Wooster
Lyndsie Kallas, Amherst HS, Houghton College
Joshua Scofield, Lake Ridge HS, University of Chicago-Illinois
Morgan Schaber, Manchester HS, Walsh University
Mallory Wahl, West Holmes HS, University of Mount Union

“Cleveland United has been a family to me,” Piscioneri added. “This club has fully prepared me to advance on to the collegiate level of soccer. Working with some of the best coaches in the nation and having the opportunity to play in a National Championship, I know that I will be ready to compete at the college level. They have pushed me to reach my potential, taught me everything I know, and they have guided me to where I am today.”

These players will join their respective colleges this summer ahead of the Fall 2015 semester.

“It’s a very exciting time and I wouldn’t be signing and pursuing my dreams if it wasn’t for Cleveland United,” Delaney concluded. “They really helped me develop and coached me to be a better player.”
