San Diego Boca FC has signed African forward Emmanuel Mbemba and Kosovan midfielder Arsim Mustafa to a one-year contracts for the upcoming 2013 NPSL season.
Mbemba is a talented striker from Congo, Africa. Emmanuel moved to San Diego in 2011.
Mustafa is a graduate of El Cajon Valley High School and has been a member of San Diego Boca FC for three straight seasons.
“We are very excited to re-sign both forward Emmanuel Mbemba and midfielder Arsim Mustafa,” CEO/President Yan Skwara commented. “These are two talented players that have been in our system for the past two seasons. 
Arsim was a effective starter and substitute for the past three seasons. Arsim has really worked hard the past few years and this could be his year. Emmanuel on the other hand has blazing breakout speed upfront as he is a welcome addition to the selection of forwards that we will be carrying on the roster.”
