Columbus Crew SC and Orlando City SC Battle to a 2-2 Draw

Several Crew SC players came away with standout performances in a 2-2 draw with Orlando City SC. Kei Kamara set the club record for being the fastest player to score 10 goals in a single season. Justin Meram made his 100th MLS appearance, while Steve Clark finished with a career-best seven saves.

Crew SC midfielder Tony Tchani scored the game’s first goal in the 6th minute with help from Hector Jimenez and Ethan Finlay. Orlando City SC star Kaka scored in the 17th with a penalty kick. The halftime score would remain at 1-1.

Kamara scored in the 61st minute, but Orlando’s Pedro Ribeiro would equalize in the 89th. The 2-2 scoreline would hold through the final moments of the match.
