The FloRugby DI College Week 1 Rankings came out on Monday and the Notre Dame College men’s rugby team is ranked 10th as the 2017-18 season gets underway.
FloRugby ranked the top-50 teams in DIAA and DIA. NDC has two schools on their schedule who are currently ranked in the top-10 (Penn State and Army). UC Davis, the team that Notre Dame defeated last season to win the Division I AA National Championship, is currently ranked in 16th place.
The Falcons have not played a game yet this season, but had a Blue/Gold Scrimmage on September 2. They open up their season, at home, against Davenport University on September 10. The match is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
