A rally in the second half was not enough for Mount Union who suffered a 3-1 loss to Wilmington Saturday night.
Wilmington (7-7-4, 2-3-2 OAC) got on the board first when Daniel Wicks scored at the 9:26 mark leading to the eventual 1-0 first half lead over the Raiders.
Mount Union’s (7-9, 1-6 OAC) sophomore Kevin Blackley tied the game at the 60:15 mark of the second half.
The Quakers would score two more goals within one minute of each other leading to the 3-1 win with the Raiders being outshot 25-10.
Mount Union remains on the road as they take on John Carroll for an OAC match Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 7 pm.
