The Mount Union’s men’s soccer team (4-3) lost to Denison 4-1 this afternoon.
Dension ‘s Charlie Allen scored from a centred ball from Quinn Miller to put the Big Red on the board first in the early minutes of action.
The Big Red would lead 3-0 before seniors Chris Felker and Thomas Beck connected for the Purple Raiders’ lone goal in the 62 minute.
Denison would score their fourth goal in the 77th minute to make it a final at 4-1.
The Raiders come back home, as they host Washington and Jefferson (PA) Saturday, Sept. 21 at 1 p.m. at Mount Union Stadium.
