Manchester City Football Club has launched a free iPhone app enabling young soccer players, parents and coaches alike to download all the best tips and videos from the club’s successful coaching website cityecademy.com direct to their iPhones.
The new app allows players, coaches and teams to watch cityecademy coaching videos and put new skills to the test during online training sessions. iPhone owners that download the free app can benefit from a range of training drills to suit all members of a team including:
Technical: Passing, Control, Passing and support, Turning, Dribbling, Running with the ball, Heading, Defending, Crossing and finishing, Shooting
Physical: Warm up, Agility, Endurance, Speed, Cool down
