Mount Union’s women’s soccer team defeated Bluffton 5-1 Wednesday in a non-conference matchup at Mount Union Stadium. After the victory the Purple Raiders advance to 4-2 on the season as the Beavers drop to 1-5. The Purple Raiders led 4-1 going into halftime. Mount Union (3-0) stayed undefeated on the season behind the play of tournament MVP in senior goalkeeper Maria Favorite.
