Time Warner Cable SportsChannel to Air Select DDL Matches

Time Warner Cable SportsChannel has announced that it will televise three Dayton Dutch Lions games, with the first airing on Saturday, May 10 immediately following the network’s live coverage of the Crew’s game against the Vancouver Whitecaps. The Dutch Lions are members of the USL-PRO and are an affiliate of the Columbus Crew. As part of the agreement between the Crew and the Dutch Lions, as many as four Crew players can be on the Dutch Lions roster for any game. Time Warner Cable SportsChannel is the regional television home of the Columbus Crew and its programming provides fans an unprecedented level of depth and access surrounding the team.

“Time Warner Cable SportsChannel is Ohio’s home for Crew programming, and fans will now be able to get to know the Crew’s top prospects and keep up with their favorite Crew players through our partnership with the Dayton Dutch Lions,” said Vince Jones, Director, Local Sports, Time Warner Cable. “We’re excited to further our commitment to the Columbus Crew by televising Dayton Dutch Lions games this season.”

Time Warner Cable SportsChannel is a 24/7 network that carries distinct regional programming on different channel locations across the nation. It is Ohio’s home for comprehensive local sports content, including Columbus Crew and Mid-American Conference live games and programming, and can be found on Time Warner Cable channel 1311HD/311 across the state, as well as on channel 510 in the portions of the Columbus area that are former Insight customers and on channel 511HD/510 in the northern Kentucky portions of the Cincinnati metropolitan area that are former Insight customers.
