He is the 12th new player to reach agreement with the Independence for 2016, and brings the current roster of contracted players up to 21. Born in Torrent, Valencia to a Liberian father and Spanish mother, Johnson was a product of Valencia CF’s youth system. Jacksonville Armada U-23 head coach Pat Cannon announced on Friday University of North Florida midfielder Jay Bolt and goalkeeper Kyle Nasta as his National Premier Soccer League squad’s inaugural signees.
