The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is proud to announce an additional four expansion teams for the 2013 season. This brings the total number of new expansion teams to 15. The new member clubs include CD Aguiluchos USA, CASL Elite, Liverpool Warriors, and Tulsa Athletics.
